Service Description
BaggyBlue provides free hosting for Discord bots that use Node.js or Python. We provide 24/7 hosting service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantees.
Data Loss Warning
Important: You may experience data loss at any time. We strongly recommend that you regularly backup your bot files and code to external storage services such as Google Drive, GitHub, or other cloud storage providers. BaggyBlue is not responsible for any data loss that may occur.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use BaggyBlue only for hosting Discord bots. The following are prohibited:
- Hosting websites, web dashboards, or any non-bot applications
- Using the service for illegal activities
- Attempting to harm or exploit the platform or other users
- Hosting bots that violate Discord's Terms of Service
- Excessive resource usage that impacts other users
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your bot causes issues for the platform or other users.
Service Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime and provide 24/7 hosting, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. BaggyBlue may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
BaggyBlue is provided free of charge. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or bot downtime.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of BaggyBlue after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
